Q: How do I recieve my digital images after I have payed through Paypal?
A: After you have gone through the Paypal process you will be automatically returned to this site.  Here you will find links for each image you have purchased and an option to download the images in one Zip file.  Right click and choose Save as....
This page has a time limit and will expire.  If you wish to download the images at a later time right click on the image link and select save/copy link location.  You can then paste this into a text file for later use

Q: When I click on the link to download the Zip file all I get is a blank screen
A: Unfortunately due to server limits - if there are alot of images the Zip file is not created in time.  Please download each image individualy

Q: I have downloaded an image 5 times and now it will not let me download again.
A: There is a maximum limit to how many times you can download an image.  This is to prevent any maliciuos scripts/software from flooding the server.  Please contact me if you wish to download again and I will reset the counter

Q: When I click on the download link it say's that the file doesn't exist
A: This can happen in one of two senarios.

1 - The images are from an older gallery.  The originals from Galleries over 12 months old are deleted to save space.

2 - You have ordered from an event that was photographed the on the same day or the day before.  I usually intend to have the galleries and images available the nextday.  The galleries are uploaded first and then the original files.

In both cases please email me and I will send you the links for the files in the order when the images are uploaded to the server
